1. Note any damage. Try to take quick photos of your car. 2. Turn off car alarm to prevent from going off in transit. 3. Remove personal belongings and any decorative items which are removable (i.e. spoiler, mirrors, fog lights). 4. Secure any and all items that you will be leaving in the car. 5. Lower or remove antennas. 6. Make a list of all secured items you have on or inside your car so that you can quickly check your list upon pick-up. 7. Be sure to clean out vehicle as well as you possibly can. 8. Avoid using your car as a moving container (i.e. packing it with household items, is not permitted). 9. If your car is in working condition*, ensure that there is adequate antifreeze and gas, and the battery is charged.
